If what you desire most is to get your body together in 2009, then there is no better time than now to get on the good foot. 2. Treat yourself to visits at the spa, you are great and you deserve the luxurious pampering that these places can provide.

If you add a few tops, a couple of skirts or pairs of slacks, and some trendy and colorful shoes you will have turned your fashion quotient up several notches. By selecting hats, belts, or a few pieces of bold costume jewelry you will discover that you now have a to die for look that actually cost very little.
