Maybe there are things you want to change about your life. It's not uncommon to want to be more than you are right now. It could be a relationship you want to change or a job or even a health issue. Women the world over have learned to put the law of attraction into practice and get the life they want to live right now. You can do it too.
The Law of Attraction - Rules to Live By
The Law of Attraction in its simplest form states that we attract what we focus on. So if you focus on money then you'll attract money. Unfortunately, if you're focusing on the negative aspects of something, perhaps you're dwelling on the amount of debt you have, and then guess whatyou attract more debt. Not a good thing, right?
Focus on the Positive
In order for you to use the law of attraction successfully, you need to focus on what you want and it needs to be framed in a positive light. This means instead of focusing on how much debt you have and how badly you'd like that debt to be gone, you actually have to switch your thoughts to focus on how much wealth you have and how good it feels to be financially free.
It sound like you are psyching yourself out but that is not it at all. This is not a process of deception. By focusing on gratitude for what you have, you develop emotions associated with that gratitude. How do you feel when you dream that you have everything that you long for in life? Now, hold on to that feeling as you strive to attract those things into your life. The law works for everything: a great body, financial freedom, an ideal career or a lasting relationship.
Let Go of some Things
Sometimes when too much emphasis is placed on a desire it becomes a need. For example, "I need to pay off this debt." You may put a positive spin on it and say in your mind, "I need to be financially free," however the need is still there. Need carries with it too much attachment. The Law of Attraction works when you can live your life as if you already have everything you want and let go of the 'need' for more. You can desire more and know that you're going to get it; however 'needing' more just puts the brakes on the power of attraction. It's a conscious roadblock you put up between you and getting what you truly desire.
First Steps
Ask yourself, what do you want to attract into your life? Explore what you already have to be grateful for. Focus on the positive in your life and invite more in. For example, "I want to be financially free from all debt" or "I want to have $500,000 in savings for retirement." Modify that desire to an affirmation, "I have $500,000 in savings for retirement," and enjoy the feelings associated with that accomplishment. Explore how you feel and how your life has changed. Nowlet it go. Release the desire and have faith that living with gratitude and with the feelings and emotions evoked when you imagined already having what you want, will attract it to you.
Use the Law of Attraction to change your life and attract what you want.
